The guest tents are spacious and comfortable with large king-size or twin beds and convenient bathrooms. Each tent has its own private verandah with an amazing
view overlooking the Serengeti. Bathrooms are extremely comfortable for
a mobile camp, with shower, wash basin and a clean kept toilet.
Central to the camp are two common tents that are open to the surrounding nature.
When the camp is occupied by multiple small groups, one tent will serve as a
dining tent and the other one as a lounge, where drinks are served and
safari stories are shared.
When a larger group (e.g. 8 people) visits the camp, one of the common tents can be made the exclusive lounging/ dining tent for that group.
One can lunch in the bush while enjoying an amazing view and delicious food and wine, is a welcom interuption to otherwise action packed days.
Olakira Camp operates
from June to December in the central Serengeti.
