Little Governors Camp - Masai Mara, Kenya

The camp that Africa aficionados swear by, Little Governors casts its spell over all who visit, from presidents to honeymooning couples. The tents are tucked away around a large watering-hole that teams with animal and bird life.

The traveller from their veranda can view the wild changes daily to either giraffes, lions, elephants or warthogs.

Intimate in character the camp has just 17 tents. It's a tranquil and secluded spot,
to get there you just have to cross the Mara River by boat, then walk escorted
armed guards through the forest. Dawn at Little Governors is the best time
to be out on the savannah to catch the game as it wakes.

Leaving a snug bed is never easy so to help you on your very own wakeup call we serve a pot of steaming tea or coffee, complete with biscuits. Come the evening
it's time for chilled drinks and tall tales around the blazing camp fire.

Then finally a delicious dinner and a hot water bath to keep you warm in bed.
