Kirurumu Tented Lodge is a rustic lodge set high on the edge of the Great Rift Valley. The lodge is designed to compliment the eco-system and offers a
simple, genuine bush experience.
While in this lodge the visitor can enjoy panoramic views eastward over Lake Manyara, the Rift floor and Mount Losimingori.
Behind the lodge, the verdant Ngorongoro Highlands rise to form the gateway
to the Ngorongoro Crater and,
finally, Olduvai Gorge and the
game-rich
Loliondo Concession which
immediately borders the Serengeti.

Far from the madding crowd, the Camp has only 5 guest tents, offers gourmet food, great wines, and all the comforts you can possibly expect. Yet a stay here is not
about luxury but discovery, exploration and nature in its overwhelming totality.
The main area is one large mess tent which has totally open sides and is stylishly decorated. In front of the mess tent is a fire place which comes to life at night.
It is a magical place to sit and have a drink before dinner.
The bedrooms at Suyan Camp are vast, with a relaxing lounge area, a bedroom and
an ensuite as well. The tents are very comfortable and they are spread quite far
apart which makes them private as well.
This Camp offers a menu of activities that is a dream to anyone wanting to discover Africa. Explore the land on foot with a walking safari led by an expert naturalist
guide. Combine walking with fly camping and go off on multiple day treks to
explore
remote areas that very few tourists have ever visited before.
